By designing, planning, and building under one roof, we give you a cohesive experience from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. You’ll have one point of contact the entire way.
Our role is to guide, not control.

We make key decisions early—before construction starts or contracts are signed.
This is essential to our fixed cost pricing. It keeps us on schedule, prevents costly changes, and helps us deliver exactly what you expect, without surprises.

Design and Development Agreement
Why a Design & Development Fee?
Our Design & Development Fee ensures your remodeling project starts with clarity, confidence, and a solid plan. It covers expert design services, detailed plans, accurate budgeting, and material selections—so there are no surprises later. You get a clear roadmap before committing to construction, saving time, money, and stress.
Small Projects - $595
For smaller scale and less complex projects that still require thoughtful design and construction planning. Typically, 5-8 design decisions, including up to 2 revisions.

Medium Projects - $1,295
For Mid Scale Projects requiring design and layout options. This includes 8-20 design decisions, including up to 2 revisions.

Permit Planning and Preparation
For Design and Development services exceeding the scope of the set fee, a $125 hourly rate is charged for design development.
Large Projects - $2,895
For large scale, complex projects requiring more developed construction plans, higher degree of design consideration, and full-service support for the design and development of a clear plan for your project.
